Yes, I thought about it myself.

Few notes, however:
1) If possible, I would prefer to apply current version of patch and
base further work on top of that.
IMHO both my work and review process would be simpler that way.
I have other features planned, but I like to do work in small steps.

2) I am not sure about top and bottom positions -- are they useful?
I think more logical choice is either TTextLayot or TAlignment,
but they pose additional problem -- how to show column caption
in the case of centered image?
