[Lazarus] QT binding works!

David,
If Qt4Intf 1.68 is still available, I believe it supports Qt 4.4.3. And the 0.9.28.2 stable Lazarus supports it too - just compile with -dUSE_QT_44.
Maybe 1.69 does too - I only have 1.68 here (for Mac).
