[Lazarus] About 0013268: SynEdit parses every line twice on load or paste (Attn: Flávio)

Hi,

I wanted to play around with csOpaque ComponentStyle in a LCL based
application (to answer a question of another message thread). When I
dropped components onto a form, I realized I cannot actually move any
components on the form, I can only resize them???

v0.9.28.3 r22882 worked fine, but r22906 does not. So somewhere in the last
few merges the Form Designer broke.
