No, but I'm not sure if that would help, since the files in the repository
are crlf, so a re-update will probably not change anything (i don't want 
to try it, as long as
i have uncommited local changes)

Okay, but I would prefer to have crlf locally, since I also do packaging
on this system, and there are more unix programs which understand
crlf than windows programs which understand cr. (and btw I'm using
mercurial, not svn)
