[Lazarus] csOpaque seems to be broken in 0.9.29

An installable LayoutManager would be very fine, just as the installable 
DockManager. Such a feature would simplify the implementation and 
debugging of layout managers in general - Mattias seems to be working on 
the current (hardwired) one?
