[Lazarus] Does Lazarus have "sizer" or "layout" objects?

I do the coding by hand for Qt layouts and wxWidgets sizers. It's far
easier that way.

What you are ultimately saying is that Lazarus's form designer is easier
to use than Qt designer. I won't dispute that.
