[Lazarus] The default Lazarus profile directory location

That task has already been scheduled (and approved) for later this
year. As soon as our new product is launched (any week now), I can
continue with fpgui and lcl-fpgui.

Doesn't that leave profile information in two locations? Or was there
some cleanup code after the first load as well?
