[Lazarus] 64 bit compiler

I believe I have found the problem. FPC Source directory had
/usr/share/fpcsrc/
When it should have had
/usr/share/fpcsrc/$(FPCVer)/
This was in the yum d/l as well as the rpm.
btw, any existing source will compile, its just when you try to write or
add new functionality.
