[Lazarus] Trouble with PostGres access

I search the whole lazarus directory and can't 
find libeay32.dll(I found a reference in the openssl unit).
I search the whole lazarus directory and can't 
find pqsql.dll. Not in disc, nor a reference in some module. :'(
