[Lazarus] TListView slowness

Hi,

I've got one more licensing question.
There are numerous code examples in Lazarus wiki, I need to include one
of them into my application. What license should I use for this code
and how should I specify the origin of this code?

To be more precise I need PoTranslator unit example from
http://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/Translations_/_i18n_/_localizations_for_programs
but if a general rule is possible it would be great.

BTW, no license is specified in the wiki pages footer, just

May be it is a good idea to add one there too?
