[Lazarus] Trouble reporting a bug

Hi list,

I have a problem with Lazreport (the preview does not show, a messagebox
showing preparation progress shows briefly and then ......nothing - no
preview).  I have an XP SP3 box and use Laz/FPC SVN Rev:28736.  I have been
advised to create a bug report.  I have registered on the Freepascal site as
well as with the Bug tracker, received no confirmation emails from either
registrations so I can cannot activate the registrations.  Therefore I also
cannot report the bug.  How do I proceed?
