[Lazarus] Please deprecate/remove CCR version of TAChart

The historical version of TAChart, available at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/lazarus-ccr/files/TAChart/
is vastly outdated (2006) and may confuse newbie users.

The most recent example of such confusion is

So can the admin/moderator of CCR repository remove TAChart package, please?
