[Lazarus] Can't find unit contnrs used by Masks

renamed it and now I get:

Fatal: Can't find unit system used by AllLCLUnits

I suppose now no fpc.cfg file at all is in charge any more:

fpc -va -->
[0.001] Configfile search: /home/mschnell/.fpc.cfg
[0.001] Configfile search: /usr/lib/fpc/etc/fpc.cfg
[0.001] Configfile search: /etc/fpc.cfg
[0.001] Handling option "-va"

So presumably the problem that happened when (just after an update to 
Lazarus and/or fpc from the svn) is that I list the correct fpc.cfg file.

Where should it be and what should it contain ?
