[Lazarus] Lazarus IDE + Qt annoyances

Toolbar in Qt Designer is native QToolBar class, but in LCL we use LCL one, 
not native Qt class, so there could be the reason, why down arrow isn't 
painted.I'm currently trying to fix it.
