[Lazarus] Lazarus settings on WinXP

I did not understand. I not want to change the source... I want to
change only settings files of Lazarus.

I followed the link and saw (in others links on the thread)  the same
arguments to 'lazarus': --primary-config-path=C:\example

I think this solve my problem (sorry, I did not test yet).
I was thinking...  maybe 'startlazarus' knows about the arguments
passed to 'lazarus'. I will test this tomorrow.
