[Lazarus] tail on windows

I just had a look at 0.9.26 => it doesn't seem they existed back then. 
(at least I couldn't find any reference, by searching in files).

AFAI you have to set
SynEdit.BookMarkOptions.BookmarkImages

So that may have never worked.
