[Lazarus] WNCE 5 not Supported

Please try a snapshot of today or newer.

20100504 is very near the day I added the static link to SetWIndowOrg
and GetWindowOrg, that's why I think this is the problem. Yesterday I
made the link dynamic, which should solve it, if this is the problem.
