[Lazarus] Lazarus cannot load source file when debugging.

The SVN version(today) cannot load source file with a  file path containing Chinese character  when debugging. 
Instead of showing the chinese character, the dialog show the Unicode number E.g unable to load file "c:\document and settings\user\256\project folder"
Is there any switch i need to enable before compiling file on non english file path?
