[Lazarus] Cannot install package lNet in svn 28204

That's the debug info... add "-Xs" or "-Xg" to the additional options 
for compiling the IDE (at least I hope that this works ^^).

-Xs removes the debug infos
-Xg puts the debug infos in an external file
