[Lazarus] how to report the following bug ?

I did not uninstalled it:
$ locate gdk_pixbuf
/usr/lib/libgdk_pixbuf-2.0.so
/usr/lib/libgdk_pixbuf-2.0.so.0
/usr/lib/libgdk_pixbuf-2.0.so.0.2200.0
/usr/lib/libgdk_pixbuf_xlib-2.0.so.0
/usr/lib/libgdk_pixbuf_xlib-2.0.so.0.2200.0

The first entry is a symlink I've created, the rest created by the package
itself.
