[Lazarus] tooltip debugger shows incorrect data

The kylix debugger was exactly the same borland debugger as in Delphi, 
just recompiled for Linux.

No, their idea of what is important simply differs from yours.

It's the same problem as some men preferring blondes, others preferring redheads:
