that comes after the initial Checkout, AFAICT... i just went thru this and wrote 
an email about the experience earlier today... on a new folder, you "SVN 
Checkout"... on one that is already checked out, you "SVN Update"... the link is 
in the same exact place... just the name and base operation underneath change ;)
