[Lazarus] Lazarus 0.9.29 snapshot in Lazarus testing Ubuntu repository

Hi,

In preparation for the upcoming Lazarus 0.9.30 release, I have
upgraded the Lazarus version in our testing Ubuntu repository to
snapshot from the fixes_0_9_30 branch. It has the version number
0.9.29.

how to install from our Ubuntu repo. In the "Add the repository " step
choose the testing repository: lazarus-testing.
