[Lazarus] Where does lazarus store its settings (Win XP)?

I realized I could check the name of a config file and then search my
disk for that file...
Found editoroptions.xml in:
C:\lazarus\bin32\settings

So now my CodeTyphon lazarus settings are found and I have
successfully modified the shortcut so it starts with the right
settings.
