[Lazarus] Documentation style

It works like this:

1> Download svn lazarus
2> Make changes to the docs
3> Build the docs to see the result
4> Send a patch to the bug tracker

To edit the documentation I use simply a plain text editor. One can
also use a tool in the IDE, but that tool refactors the XML, so it
gets very hard to see what was changed =(
