[Lazarus] Presentation of Portuguese Comunity of Lazarus

Hey Frank,

Be carefull.

These guys are from Portugal community. Not Brazilian.
Since they requested to split the Lazarus portuguese language files, "due 
some differences” acording to them
(ignoring an agreement between the two countries), the correct subject of 
this messages should be “Presentation
of Portugal Portuguese Comunity of Lazarus”.

We, brazilians, already have a Brazilian Portuguese Community. So these guys 
should properly present themselves.

About the babes, google don´t do miracles ;)
Even though i am a brazilian, i myself are having troubles with them :)
