[Lazarus] Compile and Build menu entries, Run- or Project-menu?

I would not put them in Project menu.
The items in Project are (mostly) about managing the project.

One could move all build/compile items to a new "Build"  menu and in
the "Run" menu leave all items related to Run (trace, step etc.)

(FWIW: My old Delphi (D3 Pro) has Compile in the Run menu.)

Just my 2 cents.
