[Lazarus] Which IDE versions allow you to select a file by right-clicking on the tab?

No, only gtk & gtk2 widgetsets have popup menu with tab names in it, others 
not. We already discussed about this: or disable this gtk menu, or provide 
tabs popup menu for ide, hit test is ok.
