[Lazarus] code editor and HTML hints question

Hi,
When you have HTML style hints enabled in the IDE, the code editor hints
look much better. But here is a question. It seems like some of the text
inside the hint are HTML URLs (links) - indicated by the blue underlined
text. What is the point of that? Because you can't actually move the
mouse over the hint window to click on those links, because as soon as
you move the mouse, the hint window closes.
