[Lazarus] code editor and HTML hints question

It is planned to keep the hint open when the mouse moves towards and over the
hint. 
 
Note: 
When you enable Codetools / Identifier completion / Show help, the hint is shown
to the right side of the completion box. Here you can click on the links.
