[Lazarus] Development of other revision control

Some time ago Bernd improved LazSVN package and removed memory leaks. I
added generics containers and removed some more memory leaks. I think they
are all removed now.

I have understood the package has no maintainer now. The position is open
for someone who takes the effort and learns the code.
