[Lazarus] GTK2: Drag files to other applications (to the file manager, Thunar, Nautilus, etc)

There remains the number of *non* cross platform widgetsets, or other 
platform specifics. It's hard to explain to an Windows user, why 
dragging forms (windows) is not supported by other platforms, and thus 
*cannot* be provided by *any* widgetset outside Windows :-(
