[Lazarus] MouseOver hint is broken

Sorry! In the moment, I have not enough time.
Today I have build my 'fpc-2.7.1-svn20424.rpm' 
and 'lazarus rev.35591'.
The problem remains. (kde 4.8.0-2; gtk2-2.24.7; nvidia)
A test on another computer with 32bit displays the same error.
(openSUSE 12.1, kde-4.8.0, gtk2, intel)

I start 'icewm', then there is not the problem!
I must search the error in my system ... (gtk2/gtk3?)
