[Lazarus] Help on FCL?

Of course I do know how to integrate DocView in the IDE. and already did 
this for the Lazarus IDE. It works just fine.

The question was if/how it (or another help viewer) can display Language 
Help that - if not available in help source files - might be "imported" 
from Kylix or Delphi 7.
