[Lazarus] Scrollbox and mousewheel

Hello all,

I have a form with a scrollbox, the scrollbox contains a panel with a lot
of labels.

When I use the mousewheel, I want the scrollbox to scroll.  This only works
when the mousecursor is hovering the scrollbar.

How can I get the scrollbox to scroll when i'm hovering a child control?
