[Lazarus] OpenSUSE KDE keeps stealing my IDE shortcuts

Ctrl+F1..Ctrl+F4 are normally used to switch desktops by KDE, see attachment
(KDE 3.5). I had to switch off Ctrl+F4 too. :-)
