still with docked IDE
installed 1.1 as of 29/06/2012 rev#37816 and same behaviour:
1. form is displayed, select a component, hit Enter, the form is hidden 
and inspector is focused, change some properties, F12 nothing happens, 
F12 again and form is diplayed again

2.form is displayed and active, object inspector is displayed, click on 
any property and the form is hidden

In both cases the code editor remains visible
