[Lazarus] Registration error on lazarus-0.9.30.4-fpc-2.6.0-win64

Ummm... I just do a "make clean all" and now it seems to work without
problems... but if I want to install a new package, after a rebuild I
get:

and, without errors, everythings stops (but no freezes or re-loads).
Closing and reopening lazarus manually had no effects on installed packages.

I'm confused...
