[Lazarus] Registration error on lazarus-0.9.30.4-fpc-2.6.0-win64

Abyway, I unistalled and reinstalled form 0.9.30.4 win64 release and
the errors reappeared.

If for backtrace I need to do:

c:\Develop\lazarusX64>lazarus.exe --debug-log=backtrace.txt

The only thing that is inside backtrace.txt is:

"LAZARUS END - cleaning up ..."
