Delphi "interfaces" mostly are seen as COM thingies, even though they 
are just straight forward language constructs that _can_ be used to 
attach to COM objects. but they can be happily be used for other purposes.

Supposedly ref-counted object could allow for a much more "relaxed" way 
of doing a Com object implementation.
