[Lazarus] XML Support in Lazarus

Hi,

I am reading this: http://wiki.freepascal.org/XML_Tutorial   It seems quite
old (2005?)    I wonder if the status quo is still same, especially that
the FCL units still does not support UTF8 encoding?
