[Lazarus] can't compile newest svn version

There must be a more specific error message than this. For example
'directory %s not found'.

No. It works with the installer, which has no svn files.

It checks if the following directories exist
lcl, packager/globallinks, ide, components.
It checks the file ide/lazarus.lpi.
Then it reads ide/version.inc and checks the version.
