[Lazarus] WinCE dialog crash

Hi,

OpenDialog.execute under WInCE causes the app to crash:
"Form resource TWinCEDialogForm (or something very close) not found. For 
resourceless forms CreateNew constructor must be used. See the global 
variable RequireDerivedFormResource."

It seems that the resources are not being located correctly. A likely 
commit candidate to have caused this is 42970 (27.9.2013). I have not 
tested to confirm this theory.

Shall I submit a big report?
