[Lazarus] FYI: commits and builds breaking on various platforms

Having a continuous integration/CI server is quite handy to check if
your commits work on the most common platforms (or even less common ones).

I know of this Jenkins one
https://fpcbuildserver.firmos.at/
already being set up, though I don't know how easy it is to get to the
build results of the various platforms.

AFAIU, Jenkins can be set up to use build slaves, so e.g. a remote OSX
machine could also be coopted to report build results etc.
