[Lazarus] nonlcl basic issue: is codetools LCL dependent?

You obviously don't often get in contact with clients and marketeers.

While I agree with your concept, in practice, the UI must be as bloated as possible,
showing as much as possible info, and preferably as 'hip' as possible 
(whatever hip means on that particular instant and place).
