[Lazarus] Why TDateTimePicker.Checked works as Enabled?

Me neither. How does Delphi behave? It has to be changed if it is not 
due to compatibility with Delphi.

No. Selected is yet another property. Checked, Selected, Enabled - all 
three are independent properties.
