Copy the complete C:\NewPascal\cross directory to D:\Devel\NewPascal\cross Adjust --installdir switch inside the fpclazup scripts to D:\Devel\NewPascal, and run the scripts you need. In this way, you will get a very fresh FPC/Lazarus combi in the directory you want.
