[Lazarus] Cannot find unit lNet when building project

"lnet" is a normal unit of FPC.
Compile with -vut to see where the compiler searches and what it finds.

Packages only need to be "Install"ed if they provide IDE addons.

Good. That's the usual place on Linux.
