[Lazarus] Lazarus 2 Installation under Raspbian Stretch fails

Buliding Lazarus pushes the limits of the hardware and default settings for
Raspbian. The 1GB of RAM on the Pi is often not sufficient to build
Lazarus. Typically you need to create modify the swap to be 512MB or 1GB. I
recommend 1GB.
