But it is part of the interface.
Some poor soul might implement it's own dereive control from TMaskBase
and rely on it.

I also suppose that, once the MatchesWindowsMask method has been
removed and the old TMaskOptions (2.6 or later), then that constructor
will be removed as well?
If so, then at least we should comment this in the source code.
